Formed in 1957 the CResandroes were five men who attended Cumberland High School in
Nashville, Tn. The group was composed of George Lanius, Lead, James Lanius
(George's cousin), Ken Brigham, Tom Fortner, and Jim Hall. "Julie" reached number
4 on the U.S. Black Singles chart when the album cover was revealed it was discovered
that the were all white. After two recordings flopped they disbanded in 1959.
